SWOT ANALYSIS COUNSELING

In response to client needs, our Center is excited to offer counseling focused on SWOT analysis. As you may be familiar, a “SWOT” analysis focuses on your business’ Strengths – Weaknesses – Opportunities – Threats.

To request a SWOT Analysis Counseling session, please follow the 3 steps below:

Step 1:    Indicate the request in your Client Intake Form.

Step 2:    Complete the SWOT Worksheet available HERE.

Please note that to make the best use of the counseling sessions and better serve clients, ALL fields in the Worksheet (except for Counselor Name, Date and Time fields as indicated) must be completed before our Center will schedule your session. Try your best. There are no “correct” answers. Rather, we request that you take time to think critically when completing the Worksheet to best prepare yourself and the Counselor for the counseling session.

For a sample of a completed Worksheet, click HERE. If you need more guidance, please contact mbdaewoc@ywcaoahu.org or call (808) 695-2627.

Step 3:    Email your COMPLETED SWOT Worksheet to

mbdaewoc@ywcaoahu.org

Our Center will contact you to schedule a session.

In the counseling session, the Counselor, as appropriate, will:

  • Discuss your completed Worksheet with you;

  • Help identify/discuss other potential SWOTs that you may not have already written in the Worksheet for an objective perspective for your consideration; and

  • Brainstorm/recommend ideas and next steps.
