About the Event

Join the Enterprising Women of Color (EWOC) Business Center for a new high-impact small business marketing boot camp. Each week you will meet in a live virtual format (Zoom) for a 90-minute workshop session. You will have the opportunity to learn from our coaches, on topics like:

  • How to apply strategy to your marketing and design your strategic marketing plan.
  • Time hacks and tips to devise a system that makes your marketing more manageable.
  • How to create engaging content for your social media.

BIG WINS FOR YOUR SMALL BUSINESS:

  • Tackle your marketing and make significant progress on this part of your business.
  • Receive real-time feedback from your coaches and other business owners in a supportive environment.
  • You will be creating new relationships - learning and sharing best practices with other business owners.
  • Walk away with a better understanding of your marketing capacity vs. how, when, and why to outsource marketing support.

LEAD COACH:

Ryan Mae Sweeney is the VP of PR & Marketing for local boutique agency Jackson INK and sister agency to her newly formed company, Aster Marketing. She has worked with a diversity of businesses over the last 15 years in Hawaiʻi to create integrated, multi-media campaigns that deliver results. Her experience includes working both on the client and agency sides. She has developed and implemented successful marketing plans for clients such as Iron Chef Morimoto, Chamber Music Hawaiʻi, The Hawaii Symphony Orchestra, The Mina Group, The Honolulu Club, Mountain Apple Co., Magic Space Entertainment, Ballet Hawaii, and Master Zhi Gang Sha. She has been lauded for her work with the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Hawaii and in 2016 was recognized as one of PBN’s Forty Under 40.

COACH:

Daniela Stolfi majored in Photojournalism with a minor in Technical Communications. She is a published photographer, videographer and writer.  She started off working for 14 years in the music industry as an Executive Assistant to legendary rock promoter, Barry Fey, as well as a production assistant for several national artists such as Prince, Metallica and KISS.

Stolfi is a digital media specialist based on the windward side of Oahu. Over the span of her career she has created and managed the online presence of over 250 nonprofit groups, Hawaii businesses, government officials and public figures. Currently, she manages a network of 18 various niche social media channels, websites and groups totaling 5 million followers worldwide with over 500 million video views. This does not include her own personal YouTube channel with over 100,000 subscribers, dedicated to her personal passion for animal rescue and animal issue related awareness. She is most known as the creator of 808 Viral, having had numerous mega viral videos. Not only does Daniela have a comprehensive understanding of building and growing social media platforms, she has a natural talent for inspired story telling and making people laugh.

Additionally Stolfi’s company, BOSS HI, creates and manages highly optimized websites, specializing in Wordpress sites that are both aesthetically pleasing and enhance the user experience. Her digital expertise extends to include SEO (search engine optimization), reputation management and digital ad campaign development.
